The mastermind behind KTS Contracting, is Jason Wells, who brings 28 years of experience to the table. His passion for construction is only rivaled by his love of family, extreme mountain biking, fishing, and coffee! With years of experience under his hard hat, Jason is not just an estimator, but someone that literally started at the bottom, and worked his way up, the old fashion way.

With YEARS OF HANDS ON EXPERIENCE; he’s a construction wizard!

At KTS Contracting, he conjures up precise calculations, meticulous planning, and spot-on estimates... and, because of his experience in the field, can usually spot problems in plans before they become costly mistakes, tear-outs and rebuilds, or future liabilities.

His knowledge and experience makes even the toughest builds look like a walk in the park. He can take it from the first blueprint, and plan things out to the final nail, and turn of the key!
